ADAM DEMCHIK
Adam is a highly accomplished engineer, real estate investor, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Since beginning his multifamily real estate investing journey in 2013, Adam has built a diverse and robust portfolio that spans multiple investment strategies including private money lending, home flipping, and wholesaling.
As co-founder of Reciprocity Capital Group, Adam plays a key role in sourcing, underwriting, and executing high-performing real estate opportunities. He is also the founder of F5 Apartment Investment Group LLC, which currently manages over $40 million in assets and a portfolio of 300+ units across multifamily and single-family rentals.
In addition, Adam leads F5 Capital Group LLC, a private money lending fund that has completed more than 300 transactions and holds 50+ active notes, representing over $5 million in assets. His engineering background brings a unique analytical and systems-driven approach to every investment, ensuring projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and profitability.
MIKE MANNINO II
Mike Mannino is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with over 11 years of hands-on experience in building wealth through strategic property acquisition and management. Over the past decade, Mike has flipped more than 100 houses and scaled his portfolio to ownership of over 200 multifamily apartments across the Carolinas, Michigan and Kentucky. As a co-founder of Reciprocity Capital Group, he specializes in acquiring properties at 40–60% of market value and implementing value-add strategies that unlock both immediate cash flow and long-term appreciation.
Mike’s expertise spans the full investment cycle deal sourcing, due diligence, underwriting, renovation management, financing, and asset management with a sharp focus on risk mitigation, conservative projections, and tax-efficient structures.
MIKE MANNINO SR.
Mike Sr. Is a licensed Master Builder in Michigan and has worked on and built multi-million dollar residences along with local celebrity houses.
He has been buying houses here in Michigan as investments for over 30 years and has seen just about everything throughout his career. He has TONS of experience renovating houses.
When Mike Sr. isn’t working on houses, he is breaking bricks… Yes, you read that correctly, Mike Sr. has his 4th-degree black belt in “Moo Duk Kwan” and travels the world as a professional brick breaker. He has 10 first place trophies in the U.S. Open and even a world record!
BRYCE BEDWELL
Bryce began his real estate investing journey during his junior year of college, starting on the side while pursuing his degree. Today, he is a full-time multifamily investor with a proven track record of identifying and executing profitable opportunities. Bryce’s expertise spans deal sourcing, capital raising, underwriting, and investor relations, making him a valuable partner in every stage of the investment process. His ability to connect the right opportunities with the right capital, while maintaining strong relationships with investors, has helped drive successful acquisitions and long-term portfolio growth.
CHRIS DEIGHTON
Chris assumed leadership of a formidable cohort of 225 agents in Ann Arbor, MI, orchestrating their efforts towards unparalleled achievements. His tenure was marked by a string of triumphs, paving the way for his next endeavor as the founder of Opulent Life Realty. For three years, Chris spearheaded this venture, helping over 500 clients with their real estate needs and imprinting his ethos of excellence and innovation upon the industry.

AARON BEDOR
Prior to Aaron’s real estate career, he owned and operated a marketing company and has worked with brands such as GEICO, Disney, Arizona State University, The Detroit Pistons, The Atlantic Coast Conference, and other nationwide brands. He took this operational and marketing expertise into real estate where, along with Chris, they developed a team of agents that have done over 437 transactions over the past 10 years.
Aaron also oversees the single-family home investment side of the business in Michigan with Made Properties. In the single-family investment business, Aaron specializes in developing the scope of work with a construction team, managing the project through to completion and within budget, and selling the home through advanced marketing tactics.
RYAN ANDERSEN
Ryan is a United States military veteran and a leading authority in multifamily real estate financing. With years of experience in loan origination, Ryan has built a reputation for helping investors structure the right financing to maximize returns and scale their portfolios. His deep understanding of lending strategies, paired with his dedication to client success, makes him a trusted partner for both seasoned investors and those entering the multifamily space for the first time. Ryan’s disciplined, mission-driven approach, honed during his military service, ensures that every deal is handled with precision, integrity, and a focus on long-term wealth creation.
AARON LABRIE
Aaron LaBrie is an associate on the team working with the partners to find off market properties throughout United States. Aaron previously worked in business to business sales for a telecommunications company. Aaron also works as a real estate agent in Michigan.
COLE BURGESS
Cole Burgess is an associate working with the team to find Multifamily & Self Storage real estate deals throughout the United States. He graduated from Central Michigan with a Bachelors in Real Estate development. Shortly after graduating he became an analyst for CBRE, one of the worlds largest commercial real estate firms.
When Cole isn’t finding commercial investments for the team, he is working as a residential real estate agent and spending time with his family.
